RK – Takasago Chain

 RK has been the leading manufacturer of motorcycle chains since 1953. The name "RK" is derived from "Rollenkette" (roller chain) – a tribute to German engineering, which was considered a technological benchmark as early as the 1950s. Through continuous research and development, RK is now among the world's technological leaders. For over 40 years, the company has supplied original equipment to all major Japanese motorcycle manufacturers. Numerous teams in international motorsports – from MotoGP and motocross to the Dakar Rally – also rely on RK.

 XSO series

 The RK XSO series was developed for standard motorcycles. It offers low weight with high strength and ensures agile acceleration.
 Thanks to the RX rings with "X"-shaped seals, it lasts twice as long as conventional O-ring chains. Four sealing points prevent lubricant leakage, while the RX ring acts as an additional lubricant reservoir – extending the service life by approximately 30%. This technology was later further developed into the XW-ring chain.
